Delete Your Beluga Account

1. 1Open the Beluga app and sign in.
2. 2Go to Settings.
3. 3Tap Delete Account.
4. 4Confirm your request.

1. 1Send an email to admin@belugaproperties.com from the email address linked to your Beluga account.
2. 2Use the subject line: "Delete my account"
3. 3Include the name and phone number on your account so we can verify it is you.

We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your profile (name, email address, phone number, profile picture)
• Saved preferences and search history
• Property listings and uploaded photos
• In-app chat messages and appointment history
• Location data linked to your account
• Agent identity verification data held by Beluga

• Transaction and payment records (amount, date, status and reference) may be kept for up to 5 years where required by Nigerian financial and anti-fraud regulations. After that, they are deleted.
• Information needed to prevent fraud or resolve an active dispute may be kept until the matter is closed.
